30-Day Plan: How to Roll Out a Digital Stamp Card in Your Café

A digital stamp card doesn't work because of the technology alone. What matters is how visible it is in your shop, how your team explains it, and whether the reward makes sense to your guests. This 30-day plan shows you how to roll out your wallet coffee card step by step — from prep to your first re-engagement campaign.

The plan is deliberately pragmatic: no big-bang launch, but four weeks in which you build the program, team, data, and campaigns cleanly on top of one another. The result is a stamp card that doesn't fizzle out again after three weeks.

Week 1 — Prepare the program

The first week is a setup week. The goal: a simple program that you yourself understand immediately and can explain in two sentences.

By the end of the week, you should be able to say: "We're starting with your 10th coffee free. Here's the QR code, here's the card in your wallet."

Week 2 — Make your team and the QR code visible

In week 2, the switch flips from "technically finished" to "alive in the shop."

By the end of the week, your team knows the flow and you've got a visible stack of cards handed out.

Week 3 — Review the data

From week 3 on, "we're doing this now" turns into "we understand how it's going." The goal: a first read of the numbers without drowning in spreadsheets.

By the end of the week, you'll have a sense of how many guests are really using the card — and you can decide whether to use week 4 for a campaign.

Week 4 — Start a re-engagement campaign

Week 4 is the first real campaign. It's meant to show your guests that the wallet card is more than a digital stamp.

After these 30 days, your digital coffee card is running steadily, your team knows it by heart, you have a data foundation, and you've been through a first campaign cycle.

Why this plan works

The plan works because it doesn't pile everything onto a single launch day. A wallet card needs visibility, routine, and occasions — and all three only emerge when your team genuinely folds it into daily operations. With 30 days, you give yourself enough time for the "new card" to become second nature.
