The card is tied to the device’s wallet but stays in our database. Install a new wallet, rescan the QR code with the same email — the stamps are back.
Only logged-in staff can stamp. Every stamp has a timestamp, an IP check and goes into the audit log. You set a max-stamps-per-day limit per program (default: 1). QR tokens are HMAC-SHA256 signed and expire after 60 seconds. On the Premium plan you can also disable card sharing entirely so each card lives on a single device.

When your business wants a digital stamp card without a dedicated customer app, working directly in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. reloop is not a native customer app and not a full-blown CRM. If you absolutely need your own app with custom content, a deeply integrated enterprise loyalty system with complex points logic across many channels, or a fully POS-native program without a separate scan step, another solution fits better. Our focus is the simple wallet stamp card with a low barrier to entry.
Alternatives include app-based loyalty systems, classic paper stamp cards, POS-integrated loyalty programs and generic wallet-pass platforms. reloop focuses on digital stamp cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — fast rollout, no app download. You’ll find a fair comparison of the categories at reloop.cards/alternativen.
