Common questions before the call

Do I have to be a customer already?: No. The form is meant for new inquiries, demo requests, technical questions and privacy topics.
Is a call necessary?: For single locations, often not. You can also just get started. For multiple locations, POS/API, white-label or privacy questions, a quick chat makes sense.
Can I send you customer data?: Please not through this form. For data imports or deletion requests we’ll arrange the secure route separately.
Do you answer support questions too?: Yes. Existing customers should create urgent support cases directly in the logged-in dashboard, though, because those tickets are prioritized.
